Headwaters Seat Covers is a family-owned business based in Montana, crafting premium, custom-fit truck seat covers using high-performance materials like Cordura® nylon. We take pride in delivering durable, purpose-built seat protection with a personal touch.

We strive to ensure all product listings, specifications, fabric options, and compatibility details are accurate and up to date. However, because our seat covers are custom-made and vehicles may vary, we do not guarantee fitment for reupholstered, heavily modified, or inaccurately listed vehicle interiors. Sample images on the site may not represent your exact vehicle.

3. Ordering & Customization

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information. Custom seat covers are made-to-order based on the details you provide. Please double-check your selections before confirming, as made-to-order products are not eligible for changes once production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, availability, and order volume. Custom covers are produced in batches and may require additional lead time. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our Warranty and Return Policy for details on warranty coverage, return eligibility, and required documentation. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless covered under warranty.
