Our durable seat covers are backed by a two-year warranty on sewing (covering thread breakage). Please be aware that our warranty excludes color loss from abrasion or fading, and we cannot guarantee a perfect fit on aftermarket or reupholstered seats. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we stand behind our commitment to providing you the best seat covers on the market.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their seat covers. Contact us at 877-485-3001 (Monday – Thursday, Mountain Time) or contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

As a custom product made to your specifications, accurate information is crucial. If unsure about your seat style, please contact customer service. Customers may incur a 50% restocking fee, credit card fees, and shipping costs for returns not related to defects or workmanship.

Installation & Confirmation Guidelines to Avoid Warranty or Return Issues

Follow provided installation instructions enclosed with your order meticulously.


  • Make sure your truck is available at time of verbal confirmation.
  • Exercise caution, especially on front seat bottoms with sharp edges and greasy surfaces.
  • Maintain clean hands to avoid smudging seat covers with grease.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Color & Material Texture: Returns based on color or texture are not allowed.
  • Damaged: Items with abuse, soil, smoke, pet odors, or allergens are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or Discounted: Sale or close-out items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except for product defects or Headwater Seat Covers error.
  • Customer Error: If a customer confirms an incorrect seat or cab style, they are responsible for correction costs or a 50% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


  • Customers can cancel orders within 7 business days. If the order has been cut, a 50% restocking fee plus credit card fees apply.

Color Changes:

  • Customers can change color choices within 7 business days of verbal order confirmation. If the order has been cut, a minimum charge of $75 per set applies.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Headwaters Seat Covers, LLC is not responsible for confirmed delivered packages that are lost or stolen. Tracking numbers are provided, and in cases without tracking numbers, we provide confirmation details for customer investigation.

Uncontrollable Events:

  • We are not responsible for extended production times due to national emergencies, natural disasters, or acts of war, and these events are ineligible for a full refund.
