Warranty and return policy

We take great pride in the quality of our product and the craftsmanship that goes into every order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to help throughout the ordering process. If you are unsure about any questions asked through the ordering process, reach out to a member of our team or add order notes and pictures of your truck’s interior at checkout.

 

Warranty

Our durable seat covers are backed by a 2-year limited warranty on sewing (covering thread breakage) and manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

Refunds and Returns:

ALL ORDERS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE STATED ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

Orders eligible for refunds and returns:

  • Stitching/sewing errors or mistakes including faulty stitching or any seam errors
  • Wrong or missing accessories or wrong accessory placement as stated clearly on your original order
  • Examples such as shipping to the wrong address or receiving the wrong pieces that were clearly stated correctly on the order submitted by the customer.

Orders NOT eligible for refunds and returns:

  • Dislike of color or material texture: We offer free mailed samples so you can see and feel our fabric in person before ordering (Insert colors/samples page)
  • Customer Error: We do not accept responsibility for seat covers that do not fit a customer’s vehicle because of wrong information provided on the original order placed. While we review every order and may contact you with questions, it is up to the customer to take their time and pay close attention to the questions being asked and to read all the information and details of the product before placing their order.
  • Shipping Costs: Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable after the label has been created and the customer has received a tracking number via email.
  • Grab N’ Go: these sets are heavily discounted and are final sale items.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders are eligible for cancellations or order changes within 24 hours of the submitted order to be able to make the changes before the order goes into production. We strongly encourage customers to review their emailed confirmation after the order is placed to ensure that all the information is correct.

  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours (If the order has been cut) the customer is only eligible for a 50% refund to comply with our restocking fee. Our seat covers are made specifically per order and once cut it is hard to find another customer with the exact specifications of your truck.
  • Color changes are not eligible after 24 hours (If the order has been cut)

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for ANY orders once they leave the warehouse. This includes shipping, local pickup, and installations.

Check that the address you provided during checkout is correct and all the information needed for delivery is provided. If you have any specific shipping instructions, please provide them in the order notes at checkout. IF your physical address or P.O. Box differs from your billing address, ADD that new address with the “ship to a different address” box directly under the billing information.

Customers will be responsible and charged an additional $25 flat rate shipping fee for undeliverable packages that get sent back to our warehouse because of faulty shipping address information. We ship USPS and UPS depending on the address you provide.

Uncontrollable Events:

We are not responsible for extended production times due to national emergencies, natural disasters, or acts of war, and these events are ineligible for a full refund.
