Ordering
How do I place a web order?
Use the drop-down menus to select your manufacturer and year range. Next, identify the seats that look like the seats in your truck. Choose your preferred color. Finally, answer any seat-specific questions and add desired accessories.
Once you have submitted your information, a phone call may be made to you during our business hours to confirm certain details.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Online shopping may not be preferred by all customers and some of the questions may be a little confusing. You will need to be in or next to your vehicle during phone orders as we require detailed information related to your seat style.
Contact a member of our staff at 406-285-3001 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time and we will help make the ordering process as seamless as possible!
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Your order can be modified or changed within 24 hours or until it has been cut. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
Can I change my color choice after I place my order?
Color changes are not eligible after 24 hours (If the order has been cut). After 24 hours, if it has already been cut, customers are only eligible for a 50% refund to comply with our restocking fee. We highly recommend taking advantage of our free color samples mailed right to your door. This gives you the opportunity to see the colors in different lights and in your truck to avoid this problem all together.
How do I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change, and occasionally, our customers will need to cancel their orders. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, if it has already been cut, customers are only eligible for a 50% refund to comply with our restocking fee.
Fit & Function
Will your seat covers fit my reupholstered seats?
We design our seat covers based on OEM seats. Seat dimensions often change during reupholstery. There can be no guarantee that our covers will fit correctly.
Can I use these seat covers to replace my current upholstery?
No, our seat covers are designed to slip-over your existing OEM upholstery.
My seats have airbags, will they still deploy?
Yes, we use a special thread to permit the airbag deployment in the event of an accident.
Will my heated or cooled seats still function?
Absolutely! Our seat cover material will allow for these options to still function.
I have children in car seats, will I still be able to use the latch system?
During the ordering process, you will be given the option to leave the car seat latch system exposed.
Will these seat covers damage my leather seats?
No, not at all! Leather seats benefit greatly from the preservation and protection provided by our CORDURA® seat covers! Instead of your leather, our seat covers will take the wear and tear!
Will the covers slip or sag?
These seat covers are intentionally tight fitting to your seats. This will keep them in great quality shape for many years to come as they won’t stretch or sag. The tight fit ensures that if anything, very little will be exposed to the seats underneath ensuring their protection.
Are the seat covers easy to install?
Take your time to review the printed instructions enclosed with your order. In some instances, we have installation videos available on our YouTube channel. Furthermore, our installation experts are always available by phone during business hours at 877-485-3001.
Material & Care
Are these seat covers American Made?
Yes! All of the materials for our seat covers are sourced domestically and are 100% American-made in Three Forks, Montana.
What material do you use for your seat covers?
We use 500 Denier and 1000 Denier nylon CORDURA®. The material is pre-coated with a durable water repellent that makes our seat covers extremely water-resistant. For more information, please click on this link.
Will my seat covers fade?
Our CORDURA® material comes pre-treated with UV protection. However, constant exposure to the sun will cause it to fade over time. It is our experience that darker colors will fade more than lighter colors.
How long will these seat covers last?
The longevity of your seat covers will depend on how hard you are on them. We have experienced them lasting for over 10 years for some customers.
What is the best way to clean my seat covers?
Our seat covers are easy to spot clean while in place. Simply use a damp cloth with regular laundry soap and water. However, if you feel the need to remove and wash, please do so by hand and line dry. Machine washing and drying can cause the seams to fray.
Are these seat covers waterproof?
The CORDURA® material that we use is pre-treated with ‘Durable Water Repellent Technology.’ It is not impervious to moisture but is highly resistant to it.
Miscellaneous
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% military discount to all active duty, separated and retired military service members. We verify military service using VerifyPass at check out.
Do you offer installation services?
We are happy to help with installation of our seat covers! You can select the service at checkout and we will give you a call to get on the calendar!
What if I can't decide on a color?
We understand that quality seat covers is an investment and we want you to be 100% confident with your purchase!
We will send you samples of any colors you are considering. Simply fill out our Sample Request and we will get them in the mail.
What is the current production time?
Production time fluctuates based on demand. Please call tel or contact us for the most current time.
Do you keep any seat covers in stock?
We do not carry inventory due to the custom nature of our product. However, we do occasionally have mis-cuts that can be purchased ‘As-Is’ that can be found in our Grab ‘N Go section.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, Gift Cards are available for purchase online, over the phone and at our location. We offer gift cards in $100 increments from $100-$1000.
