Paul Lindsoe
CEO/Owner
Paul Lindsoe is the Founder, often MIA as a business owner, and husband to Lori. He had a vision in 2006 to be self employed and to build a future for his family. It is a success story to be proud of.
Paul now enjoys many days fishing, hunting, spending time with family, friends, and their 2 black labs in Montana. Often, he is found exploring a new lake in North Dakota catching walleyes and then sharing his catch.
Lori Lindsoe
CFO/Owner
Lori Lindsoe is the CFO, co-owner, and wife to Paul. She manages to assist with the day-to-day business while she holds down her own full-time job.
With Paul at her side, they raised 2 boys. She loves spending time with her family at the cabin in North Dakota, watching hockey in Rhode Island, and traveling to Canada to see her son and daughter in law when she can get away. When she is home, hanging out, cooking with her family and dogs, gardening, crafting, and going to yard sales are some of the things she enjoys.
Dwayne Murphy
Production Manager
Dwayne Murphy is the Production Manager. He wears many hats coordinating with the entire team from IT, videography, sales, website, customer service, designing, cutting, and installing. Dwayne helps keep our business growing with a long-term vision.
Dwayne was born and raised in Three Forks, Montana. Often, he can be found listening to a mixture of music and podcasts. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Rhoda, and his brothers, playing video games, board games, and cards.
Noah Murphy
Cutter/Installer
Noah Murphy is our part time cutter/installer that helps us out as needed.
When Noah isn’t in school, he plays in his band Scott’s Garage as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist. He likes to listen to various genres of metal music. His hobbies are playing guitar, singing, going to concerts and collecting vinyl records.
Kasey Bly
Team Lead/Advanced Production Associate
Kasey Bly is the Team Lead for production and an Advanced Production Sewing Associate. She trains each employee and contributes to our team to continually improve our product. Kasey leads by example and is proud to produce such a well-known, quality product made in the USA.
Kasey enjoys spending time with her kids and husband, raising a few bucking bull prospects, and working as a timer at rodeos. She also enjoys her horses, camping, traveling, discovering historic places, and hand tying mohair cinches.
Olivia Lane
Production Associate
Olivia Lane is a Production Sewing Associate. She assists with sales and customer service; keeping our awesome customer service top notch.
Olivia was born and raised in Montana and is passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys hunting, fishing, camping with her husband, and snuggling with their dogs.
Austin Nicols
Production Associate
Austin Nichols is a Production Sewing Associate. He assists with cutting and designing. Austin is proud to be a contributing member of manufacturing our high-quality products and is excited to learn new things.
Austin enjoys tinkering with trucks and learning about residential repair with his family.
